Privacy notice

We collect only the information needed to create, deliver, measure and support your digital portrait order.

Information we collect

• Your email address, pet name and pet type.
• The image you upload and the portrait generated from it.
• Order, payment and refund references. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by us.
• Page, campaign and transaction events, including UTM parameters and Meta browser identifiers when available.

How we use it

We use the photo to generate and quality-check the portrait, the email to deliver it, and transaction data to reconcile payment, refunds and advertising. Uploaded photos are not sent to Meta and are not used in advertising without separate explicit permission.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare for secure storage and hosting, Stripe for payment, OpenAI for automated image generation and quality checks, Resend for transactional email, and Meta for advertising measurement. Each provider processes only the information required for its role.

Retention and security

Source images are scheduled for deletion after 30 days and generated files after 90 days unless a longer period is required for a refund, dispute, legal obligation or customer-requested support. Secure order links use unguessable tokens and portrait files are not public.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of information we hold, subject to payment, tax and dispute records we are required to retain. You may also use browser controls to limit cookies and Meta tracking.
