Automatic refund policy

Free portrait

The watermarked proof and claimed classic welcome portrait are free, so there is no charge to refund. If we cannot create an accurate result, the secure order page asks for a better photo.

Paid quality-check recovery

After payment, the clean high-resolution portrait is generated and checked again. If it cannot pass the identity and image-quality check after the automated recovery attempts, the payment is refunded automatically.

After delivery

Use the included automatic revision first if a delivered portrait needs adjustment. If the revised portrait is still not right, the secure order page offers an automatic refund for seven days after revised delivery.

Refund timing

We submit eligible refunds to Stripe immediately. Your bank or card issuer controls how many business days it takes for the credit to appear.

Access after refund

The secure portrait download is disabled after a refund. Statutory rights and remedies under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply.
