The product

Keepsake Portraits supplies personalised digital images, not physical prints. A free private proof is permanently watermarked and available to view for 60 seconds from the first opening. Eligible visitors may claim one clean classic welcome portrait free. The optional A$9.99 one-pet offer creates a separate Secret Life character poster and includes one automatic revision.

Your image rights

By uploading an image, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it for this order. You give us and our processing providers a limited licence to store, transform and deliver the image solely to fulfil, secure and support the order.

Automated creation

Routine generation, restoration, likeness scoring, retries, delivery and eligible refunds are automated. Artistic output will not be a pixel-for-pixel copy of the photograph. The free clean portrait and any paid character poster are generated separately and may contain natural artistic variation while preserving the same pet identity. We accept imperfect and low-resolution images, although clear, well-lit and unobstructed photos produce the strongest results.

Delivery

The watermarked proof is created first. A claimed welcome gift or Stripe-confirmed character-poster purchase then starts separate clean high-resolution creation. Most orders should complete promptly, but third-party service interruptions may cause delay. The order-status page displays the authoritative status.

Personal-use licence

You may download, display, share and print delivered welcome portraits and paid posters for personal use. The free proof may not have its watermark removed or be redistributed as a clean digital asset. Commercial resale, trademark use, model training and redistribution as a digital asset require written permission.

Sharing rewards

An authenticated customer with a delivered portrait may prepare a tracked referral link and claim one 10% next-order voucher. The voucher is limited to the same customer email, expires after 30 days, may be used once and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with another voucher. Preparing a share does not give us permission to reuse the customer's portrait in advertising.

Australian consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Our automated policy is an additional operational safeguard.
