The product

Keepsake Portraits supplies a personalised digital image, not a physical print. The A$19.95 one-pet offer includes one high-resolution portrait in our signature gallery style and one automatic revision.

Your image rights

By uploading an image, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it for this order. You give us and our processing providers a limited licence to store, transform and deliver the image solely to fulfil, secure and support the order.

Automated creation

Routine generation, likeness scoring, retries, delivery and eligible refunds are automated. Artistic output will not be a pixel-for-pixel copy of the photograph. Clear, well-lit and unobstructed photos produce the strongest results.

Delivery

Creation starts after confirmed payment. Most orders should complete promptly, but third-party service interruptions may cause delay. The order-status page displays the authoritative status.

Personal-use licence

You may download, display, share and print the delivered portrait for personal use. Commercial resale, trademark use, model training and redistribution as a digital asset require written permission.

Australian consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Our automated policy is an additional operational safeguard.
